Before delving into the profound realms of breathwork, it's essential to lay a strong foundation of safety & preparation for your practice. We have a structured safety preparation protocol where you will watch a video, review some forms, & meet with me one-on-one before your first breathwork journey. This way, you can feel prepared for your journey ahead. In addition, before we go into the breathwork journey itself, we do a preparation meditation to ground & center ourselves before we take flight.

Dosage

If you breathe faster and deeper at a very active pace with no breaks, the "dosage" of your session will be much higher versus going at a pace where, for example, you are breathing perhaps at a slower pace.
